The Rookie division is for our softball players in kindergarten. The emphasis is on fun and participation. It is an instructional program used to introduce our newcomers to the basic rules of softball and fundamentals of hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running.
The season is six weeks long (weather permitting), starting April 26th. Each Saturday, there will be a 90 minute clinic. Stations of skill “games” will keep players on the move. As the season progresses, learning-focused scrimmages are introduced.
The program cost is $95 per player.
